I always think of the Monty Python skit when I see these little guys. And we saw lots of them on our walk. The forecast predicted a warm sunny day, but it was slow to arrive. The morning air was cool and damp - a bit chilly for red efts but certainly moist enough!

We toured Ithaca College with our son. The forecast predicted a 95% chance of rain and the skies were indeed gloomy, but held steady for the duration of our visit and most of our trip home. We encountered only a few rain drops on the windshield and the gray skies and high humidity could not dampen our son's enthusiasm for Ithaca's Cinema and Photography program…
