We hiked along the Rondout Creek this morning, starting in
the Middle Field of the Sundown Wild Forest. After making our way along the
narrow bank and stopping to take pictures of scenic water falls and rock
formations we climbed up to the road for an easy stroll back to the car. Of
course it was near the end of our walk that this stand of gray birch offered
the shot of the day. This image was captured with my iPhone 4 using the
Hipstamatic app. Some additional adjustments were made in Photoshop.
